Beverage Manager (Russian Speaker)

Looking for a new challenge?On behalf of our client, an international 5* hotel brand, we are looking for a Beverage Manager (Russian Speaker) to be based in an island in Malaysia. Responsibilities:Fully responsible for daily beverage operations and staff.Assist with promoting the lounge, menu planning, maintains standards, assists servers on the floor during peak periods and manages property liquor inventories and controls.Strives to ensure guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget.Determines training needed to accomplish goals and implements training plan. Strengthens the food and beverage/culinary team by assisting in other outlets when needed. Requirement:At least 4 years of experience in the F&B, Culinary or related professional area of service.High service quality standards driven with a 'can do' attitude.Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.Communicates fluently in Russian and a good command of written and spoken English.Good team player .
