Bids & Project Commercial

**Job title: Bids & Projects Commercial****Mission**:- Support the Sales team and Commercial Bid Manager in all commercial, contractual and finance related aspects along the Pre-Sales Phase up to completion of tender stage.- Support the Commercial Project Manager & Project Manager in the management and oversight of a project throughout its lifecycle, taking an active role in all aspects of the process**Responsibilities**:Bids- Support reliable and transparent costing and stringent implementation of pricing strategy- Support accurate handover to the project execution team incl. order entry calculation and proper documentation reflecting all changes during tender stageProjects:- Support Commercial Project Manager in Cost Controlling, Reporting, & Forecasting of the Project- Project business administration including invoicing and cash collection- Involved in the Project month end closing activities - prepare cost accruals/provisions, ensure revenue and profit declarations are properly recognized- Support internal & external project audits as required, and perform project close out activities**Qualifications & Experiences**:- Degree in Accounting or Finance or Business Administration- 3 to 5 years working experience in Finance or Accounting. Experience in projects environment is a plus- Experience in collaboration with cross functional & geographical team is a plus.- Analytical, self-initiative and team player with good communication skills- Proficient in both spoken and written English due to multi-cultural working environment**Organization**: Siemens Mobility**Company**: Siemens Mobility Sdn.
