Big Data Project Manager

**Responsibilities**- Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget and timeline.- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirement and success criteria.- Experience on waterfall, agile methodologies, particularly scrum, to drive project execution and facilitate effective team collaboration.- Coordinate project activities, including planning, resource allocation, task delegation and risk management.- Monitor project progress, track milestone and provide regular status updates to stakeholders- Identify and resolve project issues, risks, dependencies in a proactive and timely manner- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross functional team, ensuring alignment and efficient project delivery- Conduct post project implementation to access project outcomes, identify lesson learns and recommend improvement for future projects.**Requirement**- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (example: computer science, information system) or equivalent work experience- Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically in **data projects**:- Ability to work on-site at our Malaysia office.- ExcellentEnglish communication skills, both written and spoken, to interact fluently with international stakeholders.- Preferrable with strong knowledge and practical experience with agile methodologies, particularly scrum- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders with all levels- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects within scope, budget and timeline- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize task and manage multiple project concurrently- Relevant certification such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) are preferred.**Job Type**: ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: Up to RM16,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insuranceSchedule:- Monday to Friday**Experience**:- Project Manager: 3 years (required)- Big Data: 3 years (required)Application Deadline: 08/31/2023
