Having recently launched Internet services for the consumer market in Malaysia, ViewQwest has established itself as a premium internet provider offering the fastest Internet connectivity based on the Next Generation Broadband Network.**Job Scope**- Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions- Maintains call database by entering information in the system- Work in a team to achieve the required KPI & SLA**Our Requirement**- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English are required- Have interest to grow in the IT/ Telecommunication field- Open to all nationality**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Health insurance- Parental leaveSchedule:- Monday to Friday
