Bim Manager

**Responsibilities**- Access customer BIM requirements and construct solution proposal.- Prepare initial files for project teams at BIM project setup.- Process mapping for moving an organization form 2D to 3D environment.- Provide fundamental and intermediate on training.- Act as Subject Matter Expert to advise clients on Industry Best Practices and Standards when it comes to BIM Modeling.- Provide quality control for completeness, checking, protocols, produced by Revit and BIM Software.- Establish BIM Strategy, BIM standards, requriements, procedures and execution plans for the orgnisation.- Take on the role of BIM Manager overseeing project schedule, cost, resources, risks for BIM projects.**Requirements**:- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction / Architecture or any equivalent.- Minimum 10 years working experience and rail experience is an added advantage- Willing to work in Petaling Jaya.- Excellent knowledge in software related to BIM / REVIT / AUTOCAD.**Salary**: RM10,382.00 - RM14,978.00 per month**Benefits**:- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to Friday**Experience**:- BIM project: 10 years (preferred)
