Working Hour- Regular Hours- Monday - Friday- Business Area- Community Banking- Location- Malaysia - Perak- Description**Primary Objective**:- To execute the action plans set by the BSS Team Lead and achieve the assigned performance targets- To continuously cross-sell the Bank's products & services, with the objective of meeting the customer needs and achieving the Bank's financial objectives.- To execute business plans and strategies set by the Business Solutions Team Lead- To comply with all relevant rules and regulations governing the Bank's business.To work closely with the Deposit Relationship Manager, Branch Manager, Team Lead and HQ Sales team**Key Responsibilities**:**Sales Planning & Activities**- To secure appointments and make effective client presentations for acquisitions- To manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new client and its employees- To manage portfolio of NTB clients with vintage up to 6 months- To provide timely analysis of competitor offerings and services, to keep management apprised of the market practice- Actively drive for SME deposits, identify business opportunities and ensure targets allocated are met.- To prepare sales report for Team Lead and HQ Sales team.- To build and maintain relationship with customers in particular with the Decision Maker and Top Head Management.- Any other duties/assignment as and when directed/assigned by the superior as per business requirement from time to time.**Operations & Compliance**- Adhere to audit, risk and compliance standards & policies set by the Bank- Ensure adherence and compliance to all internal policies/guidelines and external regulatory requirements- Requirements**Requirements**:Diploma - Diploma / Degree holder or equivalent.- Banking certificationMinimum 3 to 5 years of experience in sales and marketing preferable with SME and payroll sales experience- Pleasant personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills- Able to work independently- Able to work well with a team and external partiesResult oriented with ability to lead a team to meet business targets- BenefitsDental, Education support, Miscellaneous allowance, Medical, Loans, Sports (e.g. Gym), Parking, Vision, Regular hours, Mondays - Fridays, Casual Business Wear, Performance Based Rewards
