Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced BY Expert to join our dynamic team. As a BY expert, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain processes through the configuration, implementation, and continuous improvement of Blue Yonder's supply chain management software.Possesses comprehensive knowledge in Sales and Operations Planning, Demand Forecasting, and Enterprise Supply Planning (ESP) processesExperienced in handling transformative supply chain projects within the domain of supply chain planningProficient in optimal practices associated with planning in the discrete supply chain industry, collaborate and serve as a trusted advisor across various departmentsConduct and lead business process analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for optimization. Design, validate, deploy, troubleshoot, and resolve related issues to BY implementation and critical functionalitiesDevelop and revise procedural and system documentation, actively contribute to the creation and implementation of test scripts, ensuring the consistent alignment of Blue Yonder ESP software with established business objectivesIdentifies and emphasizes potential additional revenue opportunities within current workflow structuresCapable to analyze and prioritize the planning algorithm of the BY ESP toolProficient in conducting comprehensive root cause analysis, asking relevant questions, and recommending effective and straightforward solutionsQualificationsMinimum of 3 years working experience in related fieldPossess a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related fieldIn-depth knowledge of BY supply chain management softwareProven experience in configuring and implementing Blue Yonder solutions or in a similar role, showcasing a deep understanding of supply chain management processesStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data for decision makingFamiliarity with demand planning, forecasting, and inventory optimizationExcellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teamsAbility to identify and address issues promptly, ensuring smooth operation of Blue Yonder applicationMaintain a continuous learning mindset, actively staying updated with latest advancement in Blue Yonder technology and supply chain management practicesStrong communication skills (verbal and written) within interdisciplinary project teams and stakeholdersStructured and independent working style with minimal supervisionProactive and solution-oriented mindsetReliability and flexibility to work in a pioneer teamIf you meet these requirements and are passionate about optimizing supply chain processes, we invite you to apply and contribute to our team's success.
