Description:1. Your employment is according to a Company's tenure contract with the building owner.2. Prepare monthly report as in standard process3. Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance4. Supervise and train maintenance technicians5. Supervise and assist technicians/contractors during installations, repairs or maintenance (electricians, plumbers etc.)6. Supervise, inspect and maintain building systems including mechanical system (electricity, air-condition, pumps and motor, cold water, LPG, ventilation etc.)7. Contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance8. Monitor inventory of materials and equipment9. Participate in coordinating projects (e.g. renovations)10. Carry out daily/weekly/monthly electrical meter reading on switchgear, transformer and MSB11. Carry out generator set testing and the system12. Monitor, check and carry out work related to fire alarm system, electrical riser board13. Attend all power failure and rectify promptly14. Liaison with relevant authorities body on inspection of the building (TNB, DOSH, BOMBA, etc.)15. Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations16.
