Body & Paint Estimator

Description:Responsible for every aspect of the body and paint process - repairs damaged body parts and bodies of vehicles in accordance with factory and dealership specifications, using hand tools and power tool liese with insurances agency for claim purpose.Service Delivery- Examine damaged vehicles and estimate repair costs.- Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.- Serve as a liaison between technicians and customers.- Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.- Distribute work between technicians.- Prioritize required services.- Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience- Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.- Spend quality time building relationships with the customers.- Estimate cost of vehicle repairingQualification- Diploma/Degree in Automotive**Salary**: RM1,900.00 to RM2,500.00 /monthPay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
