Boilerman Grade 2

The maintenance of good combustion and the control of fuel feed to maintain working pressure under varying conditions. This should also include the duty of ensuring fuel is of the recommended size suitable for good combustion.- To maintain and adjust as required sufficient draught in the furnace consistent with good combustion.- To maintain correct water level in boiler.- To add in water treatment chemical according to the dosages recommended by the chemical supplier.- To test water gauge, safety valves, floats controls and dampers.- To blow down the boiler as required by the Maintenance Manager or Standing Orders and have it recorded.- Ensure cleanliness and good combustion by removing slag and clinker when it does form with certain type of fuel burned.- Perform repairing machine at oil section area.- To ensure safety in boiler area.- To perform any other duties as assigned by superior.**Job Requirements**- Posses Boilerman Grade 2 certificate- Able to speak and write in Malay and English.- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.- Able to carry out mechanical repair works is an advantage- Must willing to work in shift.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,400.00 - RM2,600.00 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Vision insuranceSchedule:- Afternoon shift- Day shift- Night shiftSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonusApplication Question(s):- Are you willing to work in shift?- What is your expected salary?**Experience**:- Boilerman: 2 years (preferred)
