The Maison FRED joined the LVMH group in 1995.This is an exciting opportunity to join Maison FRED as a **Boutique Manager** at our new boutique in Malaysia.Reporting to the Regional Brand Manager, the Boutique Manager will be responsible for meeting boutique sales targets, providing exceptional client service levels at all times, cultivating and maintaining a loyal client base while ensuring daily boutique operations are managed effectively.**Key Duties & Responsibilities****Sales Management**- Achieve and exceed boutique sales target by setting sales target(s) to the team and leading the team with sales strategies e.g. focus on specific products, to meet the sales target- Utilize various reports to review and analyse business results in order to propose action plan to reach targets- Be responsible for simplified P&L e.g. inventory, discounts, current running expenses**People Management**- Coach and develop the team to achieve business strategy and meet FRED's goals- Establish accountabilities and performance expectations for staff- Allocate individual specific qualitative and quantitative objectives to each staff member- Be responsible of the planning of monthly roster for all the staff in the store- Conduct daily briefing to ensure target achievement and communication- Encourage and support individual development of staff and build succession plan in the store**Inventory Management, Visual Merchandising and Boutique Management**- Be responsible for inventory management and visual merchandising per Fred's guidelines- Maintain the highest luxurious standards of housekeeping for sales floor, windows, display counters and back-of-house- Supervise stock transfer, stock take and inventory counts- Ensure stock and back up storage is effectively managed in an organized manner- Montioring stock levels and identfying gaps in ranges**CRM**- Set a clear vision to lead the team to acquire, build and maintain local customers, in line with boutique location strategy- Implement activities to drive client repeat visit and build customer loyalty- Ensure for team to performing daily CRM action and achieve Boutique CRM KPI**Administrative Management**- Oversee all aspects of boutique operation, e.g. billing, daily reconciliation report, management reports, cash management etc.- Implement and support all security procedures and measures**Customer Service (including after-sales service)**- Ensure high and consistent delivery of luxurious customer service and brand experience to customers to achieve high customer satisfaction- Ensure satisfactory after sales service to customers in store**Profile**We are looking for someone who has at least 8 years' solid experience in luxury retail operations, preferably luxury jewelry, at managerial position with successful track record.As the Boutique Manager, you must be passionate in representing and delivering the FRED spirit by being a 360' boutique leader. You are independent and a great collaborator with the Asia Pacific regional team in Hong Kong to develop FRED in Malaysia. You have an exceptional drive in achieving solid business objectives, strong people management, and agile, in both good and challenging business environments.
