_**Responsibility**_- Work to achieve store monthly target- Perform and maintain stock replenishment to ensure a fully stocked store- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards- Able to ascertain customers' wants and needs- Keep up to date with product information- Accurately describe product features and benefits- Manage point-of-sale processes- Actively involved in the receiving of new shipments- Follow all company policies and procedures- Train new employees on sales and visual standards- **Requirements**_- Experienced as supervisor or senior role at least for 2 years- Customer service oriented and able to attract potential customers- Able to work in retail hours (Shift, weekends and public holidays)**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insuranceSchedule:- Afternoon shift- Evening shiftSupplemental pay types:- Commission pay- Overtime pay**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Retail Sales: 2 years (preferred)- People Management: 1 year (preferred)
