Branch Executive

**Job Scope**- Responsible for all sale and business development duties including calling on account to increase revenue and profit.- Responsible for managing and growing local sales, deep selling current local customer base.- Responsible for selling shipping, forwarding and catering solutions to clients.- Responsible for creating new business through contact with prospective customers in the assigned market.- Responsible for identifying market trends and competitive rate actions and communicating those trends to the Business Development.- Responsible for identifying the competitive service strengths and weakness of the company and making recommendations to constantly improve.- Responsible for managing the customer support/service function to external customers.- Responsible for all shipping, forwarding and catering functions and operations at the branch.- Manages all personnel in branch location.**Qualification Required**- BSc/MSc degree in management or related field or equivalent experience highly preferred.- Nature and length of previous experience: 5+ years of management experience required in a sales/customer service role and operation, preferably in industry of freight forwarding and catering.- Experience with writing professional sales proposals and standard operation procedures highly preferred.- Experience in setting up and optimizing operation in shipping, forwarding and catering.**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Kemaman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
