Branch Manager - Komugi [Paradigm Mall]

KOMUGI brand is an operator in Japanese concept bakery and cafe business. We are looking for a professional and experienced retail manager, preferably someone with exposure in the food and beverage industry. This main responsibility is to manage the overall business operations of the assigned outlet and café.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Manage outlet & café Day-to-day operations as per company guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures
• Ensure the highest standards of overall cleanliness
• Examine merchandise to ensure that it is properly priced and displayed
• Supervise and motivate staff, monitor sales activities to ensure staff provide satisfactory service
• Provide excellent levels of internal and external customer service
• Continuously make necessary improvements
• Balance cash receipts, perform daily closing, bank deposits, control and manage inventory/ stock movement
• Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively
• Attract, recruit, lead, train and develop team members
• Establish and achieve performance related targets and KPIs
• Deliver excellent guest experience.
• Enforce and comply with all health, security and safety regulations
• Report on sales results and outlet productivity regularly to management
REQUIREMENTS :
• Culinary school diploma or degree in food service management or related field
• Proven food and beverage/ retail management experience
• Good listener, actively look for ways to resolve problems efficiently, promptly and effectively
• Mastery in preparing retail staff daily/ weekly/monthly duty roster by delegating multiple tasks properly
• Demonstrate teamwork and good leadership skills
