**Responsibilities**- Administrating and maintaining the day-to-day functionality of the branch by optimizing the availability of the establishment, tools, facilities and people in achieving the potential of the territorial marketplace.- Maintain all record of operational parameters with timely reporting to stakeholder.- Create and execute all policies/SOP to achieve operational compliance, efficiency and consistency.- Coordinate effectively on all operational schedules involving sales, operational and maintenance activities in the branch.- Strike for continuous improvement plan, action and measurable result.- Provide optimal customer services to score high customer satisfaction index.- Strengthen the communication with key customer and meeting all the expected deliverables.- Execute initiatives from respective department matrix as when needed.- Commit and discharge duties in compliance with ISO 9001.- Other duties assigned by the management.**Requirements**:- Possessed minimum Diploma in engineering or business management or equivalent.- Knowledge of domestic/ territorial landscape.- UAS and agricultural sector (preferably).- People and organizational management.- Provide resolution or work around solution within the stipulated time frame.- Handling customer inquiry, demand and expectation.- Spoken and written proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.- Literacy in Microsoft Office 365 and past touch point on inventory system, POS system and etc.**You'll be able to**:- Lead with minimum supervision.- Self-motivated and team orientated.- Communicate effectively with reporting, peers and superior.**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional development- Vision insuranceAbility to commute/relocate:- Sandakan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)Willingness to travel:- 50% (preferred)
