They believe that love and rings are unique treasures.**Job Scope**:- Arrange client appointments for store visit.- Promote and sell company's jewelry products through various sales channels- Provide product information and recommendations to customers- Assist customers in making purchasing decisions- Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery- Maintain accurate records of transactions- Handle credit card payments and basic financial transactions- Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability- Ensure the security of jewelry products- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints**Job Requirements**:- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in jewelry industry- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service- Strong knowledge of jewelry industry and products- Ability to handle financial transactions accurately and securely- Fluency in Mandarin is preferred due to interaction with Mandarin-speaking clients**Benefits**:- 5 working days- Sales Commission- Hospital insurance- Medical claim allowance- Parking allowance- Friendly and good working environment- Free snack & beverages- Increment depends on work performance- Festival gifts, birthday benefits etc- Working place nearby MRT station**Office Locations: Kuala Lumpur****Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM4,800.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Parental leaveSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonus- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)Application Deadline: 08/23/2023
