Location:**Malaysia**- Department: Marketing & Communications- Location: Malaysia- Brand Managers and Associates are responsible for developing and supporting the team's efforts in crafting brand strategies, promoting brand growth, implementing brand plans and using a variety of insights and data to drive the brand's performance.**Responsibilities**:- Marketing Campaign Planning:- Manage the deliver of marketing campaigns from objectives, concept, strategy building, target audience insights and campaign scope setting.- Responsible for end-to-end process to ensure communications output are of high standard including TVC, radio, digital assets, OOH and other materials- Coordinate with team on branding projects to increase Lazada brand awareness, brand image and affinity amongst all stakeholders - shoppers, sellers and communities- Provide marketing support and collaborate with multiple functional teams for initiatives across Lazada- Campaign budget planning, tracking and finance reporting- Prepare market and competitive review, campaign monitoring and performance reportingBrand Guardian for Lazada:- Support the activities for cross-function teams, regional team, creative/media agencies and brand ambassadors.- Support in assessing marketing request from other teams and advising on the impact, approach and resources required.- Manage and meet the process requirements for vendor selection and negotiate scope and budgets alongside the procurement and finance teams.**Job Requirements**- Requirements/Qualifications(must have):- Bachelor's degree in advertising/brand marketing or related experience with track record in running successful campaigns- At least 4 years of work experience in brand planning and campaign management- Familiar with communication production processes, able to spot emerging trends and can develop suitable strategies for the brand- Good analytical skills, communication skills and team spirit- Agile and resilient with ambition to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment- Ability to develop own perspective towards key topics/challenges- Ability to spearhead key initiatives and problem solve independently- Be resourceful and independent in managing task and stakeholders- Good communication skill both English and Bahasa Malaysia
