Role Summary
TheBrand Manager/Associate Brand Manager (Kleenex & Scott - Family Care)will be key to developingconsumer and shopper plans resulting in topline and bottom line P&L growth with full marketing mix responsibility for our Kleenex and Scott brand under the Family Care category.
Key Responsibilities
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Full P&L responsibility for the Kleenex & Scott - Family Care Brands – which are Market Leaders in the Premium Category
Responsible for delivering Market Share & Growth Plans of the Category
Ownership of ATL & BTL Marketing Activities
Consumer Qualification and project management leadership of 2021product renovation (proposition, concept testing, product specification, commercialization
Working with the Regional team on the Innovation pipeline & cadence beyond 2021
Development and implementation of the Full Marketing Mix (including Commercial program, media planning & buying & evaluation, POSM / instore activation, packaging design development ) and Go-To-Market Strategy
Development and implementation of Annual plans as well as Quarterly Business updates
Responsible for development pricing and promo strategy, including market data analysis
Implementation of New Product Development adjusted to local requirements and needs

Key to your success in this role will be:
Bachelors' Degree in Business or Marketing
Minimum of 3 years of Consumer marketing experience.
Additional trade marketing, regional marketing, and/or cross-functional experience an advantage.
Experience in cross-functional leadership and project management essential
Experience in broad stakeholder management.
Experience in cross-functional leadership and project management is essential.
