The incumbent will lead our efforts to uncover breakthrough innovation opportunities for the Home Care Category by working closely with our brand teams, Insights, R&D teams and commercial partners to identify, validate and launch new products.    What you will do Drive Innovation Strategies & Portfolio Management Identify market/portfolio opportunities and growth drivers for new product  innovations Lead brand essence and proposition development for new product innovations Develop strategic portfolio framework and recommendations for long term business growth  Ensure efficient portfolio management to meet brand strategy and business objectives Drive cross-functional collaboration to align and launch  innovations grid in timely manner Work closely with technical product experts globally  for NPD development and optimization Partner with Innovation Lead for Regional Innovation Meetings and NPD Launch Alignment Drive Strategic Insights to deliver long term strategy and innovation planning Analytical & Consumer Centric Mindset - Identify and leverage key consumer trends and insights to develop actionable NPD concepts Develop superior New Product / Relaunches & lead end-to-end innovation process (ideation, product development and portfolio management) to drive category and brand growth Ensure NPDs aligns to brand strategy and enhances brand equity  Deliver innovation grids in timely manner with excellence Accountable for NPD financials and optimization plans Working knowledge on research tools (i.e. Product & Concept Test, Mintel, Nielsen, Kantar) Facilitate development of Integrated Marketing Campaign (IMC) Co-develop equity to enhance IMC advertising for NPDs and Relaunches Collaboratively drive IMC deliverables with excellence and on time   Requirements Holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or business related course Minimum five (5) years of brand management / innovation experience within FMCG environment Proven experience in brand management incl. innovation, preferably in Consumer Goods Industry Right balance of demonstrating consistent brand passion with objective, fact-based  decision making High comfort level with operating in a multiple stakeholder environment Experience in short to mid term product development and execution Strong understanding of translating insights into innovation / relaunches  Proven experience of implementing  at least one business building initiative, e.g. new product launch, relaunch, cost savings, packaging change, promotional program. Insights & Data savvy - knowledge on consumer & product trends, have worked with fragrance houses and technical product development with proven results Strong learning ability and creative thinking.
