Branding & Digital Marketing Assistant

We invite you to join our dynamic team as an Admin for Branding & Digital Marketing. Responsibilities: Assist in overseeing and reporting on social media analytics across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Coordinate with graphic designers, stakeholders, and various departments to produce a diverse range of branding materials. Help plan and schedule posts, along with writing basic copy. Assist in maintaining a consistent brand identity across all platforms and materials. Help administer and operate the backend of our loyalty program app, troubleshooting user problems as needed. Willingness to travel as needed to explain our app's functionality and offer troubleshooting to customers and end-users. Qualifications: Entry to mid-level candidates are welcome! Basic understanding of digital marketing and branding is a plus. Familiarity with analytics tools and social media platforms. Good communication abilities and a knack for teamwork. Willingness to learn SEO. Basic graphic design skills for crafting social media posts using software/apps like Canva are a plus. Some customer service experience is beneficial.
