Bread Baker (Pavilion Damansara)

Responsible for producing various types of bread.- Operating the pastry section of the kitchen and liaising with the bakers to ensure a successful working environment.- Mixes, ferments, shapes, and bakes according to specified recipes and standards.- Ensure that the right type and quantity of ingredients are acquired by following bread baking recipes to measure ingredients.- Set oven heat at the right temperature and wait for ovens to be heated before placing tins in them.- Check timers to ensure that the bread is baked properly.- Remove baked bread from ovens and place them on cooling racks.- Pack and label cooled bread with information such as type and expiry date.- Perform preventative maintenance on ovens on a regular basis.- Other duties as the job require it.- Able to work on shift rotation basis including weekend and Public HolidayWorking Location: **Pavilion Damansara Heights (Mall)****Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate**Salary**: RM2,508.00 - RM3,273.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Meal provided- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Overtime pay- Yearly bonusApplication Question(s):- What is your expected salary?- Do you need hostel?**Experience**:- bread baker: 2 years (required)
