The portfolio of L Beauty comprises of Benefit Cosmetics, MAKE UP FOR EVER, Fresh, Givenchy, Guerlain and Parfums Christian Dior.**Role Profile**:**Responsibilities**:- Demonstrate the use of brand's make up products & services- Market & Sell brand's products & services- Build and maintain good relationships with customers as well as store managers and cast members.- Engage customers in a productive discussion to address skin concerns- Perfectly identify customer's skin condition and recommend the right products- Host/Organize occasional workshops or parties for customers' engagement- Perform only Benefit approved and trained services offered on service menu to Benefit quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction- Arrange appointments for return services- Maintain counter cleanliness- Ensure that top selling stock are not facing low or out of stocks issues; shelves are fully stocked at all time.- Ensure personal bow bar areas are always at tip top condition, communicate maintenance issues to counter manager/sales manager- Adhere to hygiene standards of the brand- Ensure that the Benefit uniform is worn and full make up is always applied during work hours**Work Location**: Shah Alam (Sephora)**Requirements**:- Proficiency in English (spoken & written)- Strong retail sales and/or service history- Comfortable in face-to-face engagement- Self-motivated individual who possesses a strong passion for working in the Beauty industry- Pleasant disposition and well groomed- Work hours: able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays- An aesthetician or waxing license is an advantage**Benefits**:- Basic salary- Commission- Overtime- Product Allowance
