Building Executive

Job Descriptions ï'- To assist Area Manager in managing the overall building. ï'- To carry out periodic inspection, perform property management function, liaise closely with residents, monitor service providers, billings and collections. Job Requirements ï'- At least Degree in Real Estate/ Building Management or equivalent. ï'- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in Building Services or Property Management. ï'- Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. ï'- Computer literate, good leadership organizational skills, customer oriented and people skills, excellent planning and communications skills, and able to work independently.We commenced operations in 1984 to support IGB Berhad ('œIGB'- ), a pioneering property development company in Malaysia, in managing and maintaining both their stratified condominium developments as well as their landed residential developments.
