Building / Maintenance Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:- Coordinate with builders on building assembly and progress- Respond timely to building repair/maintenance issues, requests or enquiries- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to resolve building repair/maintenance issues- Source for new contractors and suppliers- Compare repair/maintenance quotes and propose solutions- Manage and execute building maintenance plan- Update maintenance records promptly- Keep track of invoices payment status and update respective builders, contractors and suppliers- Assist with other building or maintenance related matters**Requirements**:- Responsive in coordinating with team members, builders, contractors and suppliers- Resourceful and proactive in problems solving- Attentive to details- Proficient in Chinese writing and Mandarin speakingPay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Building / Maintenance coordinator: 1 year (preferred)- building repair/maintenance: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (required)
