Building Maintenance Technician

Responsible for building maintenance work in premise- Maintain the inventory records for equipment and supplies- Submit weekly and monthly reports and others related checklist- Monitor and carry out daily routine checks on operations of building facilities- To ensure servicing contractor carry out proper maintenance and check on their servicing works- Attend to all service requests such as changing faulty lightings, ceiling boards, painting and other repair works in the premises- Assist other duties assigned by manager from time to time- Familiar with electrical- Male only**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month**Benefits**:- Flexible schedule- Free parking- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental Pay:- Overtime pay- Yearly bonus**Experience**:- Electrical: 1 year (preferred)
