Perform property inspection to identify necessary repairs or updates- Manage on preventative maintenance and emergency repairs with contractor(s)- Supervising the work of maintenance workers or contractors who perform repairs or installation onsite- Perform monthly meter reading recording work (TNB & Air Selangor)- Maintain an inventory of spare parts based on the most likely needs- Keep maintenance logs- To compile all building lay out plans, M&E plans, building drawings, and perspective.- Liaise with other department staff i.e. Marketing & Leasing, A&P, Tenant Management, Security and Car Park Operator to encourage good team work and inter departmental relations and to provide a prompt and efficient service.- Liaise with tenants on the day-to-day operation issues.- Attend and supervise all building/warehouse operation including the use of the common area, access control, security procedure, cleaning building maintenance, lift usage, facilities usage, tenants conditions and parking arrangement.**Requirement**:- At least with 5 years facility maintenance experience- Maintain tools and equipment in clean, safe, and working order- Adhere to all safety requirements- Adhere to organization and facilities department policies and procedures- Build relationships and demonstrate a high level of cooperation- Knowledge in repairing work such as changing lights, basic plumbing repairs, furniture assembly and minor carpentry repair will be an advantage- Valid Driving License**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Cell phone reimbursement- Free parking- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Kota Kemuning: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- building/warehouse service and maintenance: 5 years (required)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- English (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)- Cantonese (preferred)Willingness to travel:- 100% (required)
