**Working Location**Level 10, MCT Tower, One City, Jalan USJ25/1A 47650 Subang Jaya**Position Summary**- The Commercial**Reporting Relationships and Key Interactions**The position of Business Analyst will report to Country Manager / General Manager Operations**Internal**:- Country Manager - financial advice and strategy and operational problems- Regional Managers and Site Managers - financial performance, advice and proposals- Accounting Services Group - information exchange and operational issues- IT - Systems support**External**:Clients - proposals and commercial problems- Provides proactive and appropriate advice to managers on budgeting and financial matters.- Provides advice regarding strategic direction and commercial management support to General Manager and Regional Managers- Build cost model for existing and potential businesses.- Work with solution design engineers to translate operational requirements into costs.- Perform financial and sensitivity analysis of the model and provide strategic input to country management of the corresponding profitability / robustness.- Support country and regional management in preparing tenders and develop commercial proposals to existing and potential customers- Assist in business sector analysis to streamline and focus business development efforts Wok with CI team on cost and profitability improvement.- Ensures management is aware of the accurate financial performance of the stream via the timely preparation and analysis of financial reports and forecasting.- Ensures budgets are prepared and reflect commercial realities.
