Business Analyst

**Purpose**Responsible for leading the development and implementation of business requirements in assigned projects and driving operational excellence across the organization.**Job Accountabilities****Key Accountabilities**- Assess as-is and design to-be processes and business requirements for assigned projects such as partnerships, process improvements or product development.- Review processes, identify & implement opportunities for process improvement.- Assess impact of the proposed solution on existing operations.- Design operating models based on requirements obtained, highlighting risks and constraints, and provide solution recommendations.- Prepare / review project deliverables throughout the project lifecycle, including requirement documents, solution documents, test plans, test results, and operational arrangements.- Balancing the competing constraints of business need, services, technology, and quality to produce the specified product, service or result with mínimal change requests required.- Adapts and applies different delivery methodologies including SCRUM, Waterfall, and Lean / Six Sigma.**Education and Experience****Required**- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)- 5 or more years of experience in related field**Preferred**:- Background in Financial Services or Insurance- Experience in business requirements development and project lifecycle- Experience in process design- Good understanding of intelligent automation technologies and capabilities- Basic understanding in data analytics- Yellow Belt / Green Belt Lean Six Sigma certification**Skills**- Process design- Requirements documentation- Process improvement- Project management- Data analysis- Communication- Leadership- Problem solving- Results-driven- Personal impact**You are the heart & soul of Zurich!**At Zurich, we like to think outside the box and challenge the status quo.
