Business Analyst

**What you'll be working on day-to-day**:- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the products and projects meet specific objectives as outlined by stakeholders and clients.- Manage various aspects of software development, ensuring quality and timely delivery of projects.- Manage stakeholders' and clients' expectations on project delivery date and change requests.- Facilitating daily huddles, project meetings and presentations to stakeholders and clients- Involve in all phases of the project lifecycle - from low-level design and development to System Integration Test (SIT), User Acceptance Test (UAT) activities and post-production support.- Prepare functional design and deliverables like prototype, functional specifications, user flows, test plans and user guides.- Analytical Thinking. You can break down complex problems into smaller parts, solve them, and bring them back together to form a holistic solution.- End Users x Business Objectives. You always keep the end users in mind but understand that different voices within the organization contribute to final outcomes.- Consistency x Flexibility. You are an organised person who enjoys creating and documenting processes. At the same time, you allow a certain degree of flexibility to ensure that objectives can be met in a timely manner.- Industry Experience.
