Business Analyst

**What you'll do in this role**:- Lead workshops and meetings to gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.- Evaluate and analyse business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement and propose solutions.- Maintain accurate and complete documentations for all business requirements, user stories, and process flows.- Provide user training.- Work closely with development and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.- Communicate effectively with business stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and project progress.- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to facilitate smooth project implementation.- Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure seamless coordination between business analysis activities and overall project timelines.- Effectively manage stakeholders to facilitate and drive Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.**Job Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).- A minimum 3 years of experience working as Business Analyst or similar roles is required.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.- Experience with requirements management tools and documentation practices.- Payment or financial domain knowledge is an additional advantage.- Experience with business analysis tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucid chart or similar software.**Benefits**:- 13th Annual Wages + Yearly Increment + Promotion- Project Bonus- Annual Leave / Medical Leave- High Referrals + Electronic claims- Flexible Working Hours- Well-Stocked Office Pantry- Positive Work Environment- Say "NO" to office politic, a young company with more opportunity**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Business analysis: 3 years (preferred)
