Description:- Requirements Gathering:- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, data engineers, and IT teams, to understandand document business requirements related to SCV development.- Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications for the SCV project.- Data Analysis:- Analyze existing data sources and identify data quality issues or gaps that may impact the SCV project.- Work closely with data teams to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.- SCV Strategy:- Contribute to the development of the SCV strategy, defining data integration and transformationprocesses to create a unified view of customer data.- Assist in designing data models and architecture for the SCV solution.- Compliance and Security:- Ensure that all data-related activities adhere to regulatory compliance standards and securityprotocols, especially within the financial industry.- Collaborate with compliance and security teams to implement data governance measures.- Project Management:- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet project milestones and deadlines.- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.- Documentation:- Maintain comprehensive documentation of project requirements, processes, and deliverables.- Create user manuals and training materials for endusers of the SCV solution.- Testing and Quality Assurance:- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to define test cases and validate the functionality and accuracyof the SCV solution.- Continuous Improvement:- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization in the SCV development lifecycle.- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in data management and analytics.Key Skills:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the financial industry, with a focus on data projects.- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.- Knowledge of data modeling, data integration, and data governance principles.- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, BI tools).- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.- Project management experience and familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
