**JOB DESCRIPTION**:**Roles & Responsibilities**:- Determine operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, evaluating output requirements and formats.- Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications.- Improve systems by studying current practices, designing modifications.- Recommend controls by identifying problems, writing improved procedures.- Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements; forming project team; establishing project budget.- Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions.- Maintain user confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.- Prepare technical reports by collecting, analysing and summarizing information and trends.- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.- Validate resource requirements and develop cost estimate models.- Conduct and coordinate financial, product, market, operational and related research to support strategic and business planning within the various departments and programs of the client group.- Interpret, evaluate, and interrelate research data and develop integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making.- Plan and coordinate the development of primary and secondary market research studies in support of strategic planning and specific marketing initiatives, as required and presents findings of studies to client committees.**Mandatory Experiences & Skillsets**:- Has at least **4 years of experience **working as a Business Analyst.- Defining business problems via in-depth investigation, and gathering of technical and non-technical information, outlining detailed requirements for a digital solution, and ensuring the delivered solution meets the business requirements.- Experience in Agile Methodology- Experience in using Microsoft Azure DevOps- Experience in Performing User Requirements including online or physical workshop.- Able to Develop Wireframe / Low Fidelity Workshop- Able to Create User Stories & Develop Acceptance Criteria o Able to Create / Training User Manual o Able to Support QA in verifying the bugs- Able to Validate the implementation in the system according to acceptance criteria- Able to Create process / system Flow- Identifying and prioritizing technical and functional requirement**Job Types**: Permanent, ContractContract length: 12 monthsPay: Up to RM8,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Early shift- Fixed shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Commission pay- Overtime pay**Experience**:- Business analysis: 4 years (preferred)- Agile: 3 years (preferred)- User story: 3 years (preferred)
