Business Analyst

**Job Purpose**:Collaborate with business users and technical delivery teams to develop scalable IT solutions, analyzing business and system impact, creating technical user stories, and supporting delivery through go-live and post-live phases. Analyze system feature translations, propose architecture changes, and develop functional solution design specifications for both existing and new IT systems, ensuring functional interaction and integration documentation.**Key Accountabilities & Outcomes**:- Drive and Manage Demand stage including high-level design and effort estimation, engaging with technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring project assessment and proposal.- Outcome: Project Assessment Report (PAR), EASF High-Level Design.- Challenges: Banking domain knowledge, effective communication, proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and Agile methodologies.- Manage Detailed Design Approval, proposing and documenting detailed design papers including architecture prior to IT Spend approval.- Outcome: EASF Detailed Design, EAC LIT.- Challenges: Engagement with Enterprise Architecture Forum/Committee.- Develop functional solution design specifications or User Stories, ensuring alignment with compliance, security, and data governance policies.- Outcome: User Stories enriched with technical user stories, providing guidance to technical delivery teams.- Challenges: Ensuring compliance with bank standards and policies.- Review Test Cases based on user stories and Functional Solution Design.- Outcome: Reviewed Test Cases.- Challenges: Ensuring test case alignment with specifications.**Education, Experience, Certifications, Specific Skills & Competencies**:- Education: Bachelor's/Master's in IT/Computer Science/Engineering or related disciplines.- Experience: Varied levels of experience ranging from10 years.- Certifications: Advantageous to have CBAP or TOGAF.- Skills & Competencies: Experience in Banking domain, familiarity with Digital STP, Payments, Dashboard & Inquiries, Wealth & Investment, Loyalty & Engagement, proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, negotiation skills, presentation skills.This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and communication skills to effectively bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions within the digital banking landscape.Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift
