Business Analyst

**About You****Your Day to Day****Data Management**:- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze data-related requirements.- Identify and rectify data quality issues to ensure accuracy and reliability.- Develop dashboards and reports for key performance indicators (KPIs).- Analyze trends and patterns in data to provide valuable insights for decision-making.**Tracking**:- Implement data tracking mechanisms to capture and record identified data points.- Regularly review and enhance data tracking processes based on feedback and evolving requirements.- Clearly define specific data points that need to be tracked.- Define how data points are related and contribute to overall tracking goals.**Systems**:- Act as a key point of contact (PIC) for systems and platforms.- Ensure data integrity, compliance, security, and proper system usage.- Champion the use of systems to enhance operational efficiency.- Collaborate with IT teams to address system-related issues and improvements.**You Know How**- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance or a related field.- Proven experience in data analysis and business intelligence.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Proficiency in data visualization tools and reporting.- Power BI, Tableau Software is a great plus- Experience with implementing and improving data tracking processes.- Familiarity with systems and platform management.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Office Location: CARSOME Certified Lab, Bandar Bukit Raja Klang**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Health insurance- Parental leave- Vision insuranceSchedule:- Monday to Friday
