**Summary of Client**:Our client is a leading ASEAN Insurance and Takaful provider under a leading banking conglomerate in ASEAN that offers a full range of Life and General conventional insurance products.**Responsibilities**:- Coordinate and participate in the user requirement study; gather, analyse, document and manage the requirements to recommend solutions and prepare the complete Functional Specifications document.- Work closely with customers' end-user group and the technical team/developers to ensure delivery of a fully acceptable and quality system.- Able to conduct workshops, presentations and functional training for various levels of people on the customers' site.- Prepare documents as part of the project's deliverables, e.g. User Guides documents.- Perform and manage System Integration Testing (SIT); prepare test strategy, test plan, test scope and test scripts as well as document all the events that occur during test execution including test results, issues encountered and their resolution.- Ensure the deliverable meets functional requirements with zero defects and is ready for delivery to customers for the User Acceptance Test (UAT).- Support the User Acceptance Test by the customers' end-user.- Facilitate and coordinate the entire cycle of a project to ensure it meets the project timeline.- Define and manage resource plan together with the Project Manager aligning with the project schedule.- Assist in presales/pursuit activities where necessary (i.e. Response to RFP, prepare proposals, conduct presentations).**Requirements**:- Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering.- Forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions.- Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.- Strong administrative, organizational and multi-tasking skills with excellent attention to detail.- Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.- Self-starter, team player and adaptable.**Other information**:- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM- 12 months contract - renew annually (T&C apply)**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional development- Work from homeSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonus**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- User Acceptance Test (UAT): 2 years (required)- System Integration Testing (SIT): 2 years (required)
