Job DescriptionThis role supports the strategy, commercial, operations, and finance functions of the airasia platform. The scope includes reporting, benchmarking, projections, interpretation and data-based recommendations to business leaders. This role will be an individual contributor reporting to the Head of Growth, and will collaborate with multiple stakeholders and functional teams, including Data, Finance, Growth & Digital Marketing.**Responsibilities will include**:- Ensuring all Joint Venture transactions are supported by a clear due diligence and prepare for Joint Venture audit as required.- Effectively summarizes analyses into a concise, compelling story for business leaders. Presents conclusions / recommendations with data to back up logic.- Uses business acumen to look beyond the data to generate recommendations for a wide variety of the most complex problems to review directly with business stakeholders.- Coach analysts in report design and analysis as well as data presentation if applicable.- Gathering, validating, researching and documenting business requirements.- Analysing commercial data such as budgets, sales results and forecasts.- Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.- Estimating costs and identifying business savings.- Simplifying information and deciphering technical jargon so it is easily understood by the whole team.- Supporting business transition / joint venture and helping to establish change.**Qualifications**:- 4+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the business analyst field.- Hold a Bachelor degree in an area such as business, finance or information technology.- Strong business understanding and commercial acumen is essential.- Strong understanding of the business analysis concepts and techniques.- A capable communicator with effective stakeholder management.- Strong ability to make decisions around things such as requirement prioritisation, scope, assessing viability of solutions etc.- Ability to create documents such as use cases and business requirement documents.- Ability to present findings and recommendations to senior leaders.This role supports the strategy, commercial, operations, and finance functions of the airasia platform.
