Business Data Analyst (4 Months Project)

We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior-Mid Level Excel Automation Specialist with expertise in Visual Basic for Applications (VBA). As an Excel Automation Specialist, your main role will be to automate reporting and simplify the payroll process through the use of Microsoft Excel or PowerBI.**Job Descriptions**:- Automate reporting: Develop VBA macros and scripts to automate repetitive reporting tasks, data analysis, and report generation in Excel.- Simplify payroll process: Design and implement user-friendly Excel templates and forms to streamline payroll data entry and calculation.- Enhance reporting capabilities: Create Excel-based data models, pivot tables, and charts for improved payroll reporting and data analysis.- Debug and optimize: Troubleshoot and optimize existing VBA code to ensure efficient and error-free automation processes.- Data manipulation: Perform data cleansing, transformation, and validation using Excel functions, formulas, and VBA scripts.- Testing and validation: Conduct comprehensive testing and validation of VBA macros and automation solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability.- Training and support: Provide training and support to end-users on Excel automation techniques and best practices.**Job Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, functions, and data manipulation techniques.- Demonstrated experience in developing VBA macros and automation solutions in Excel.- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Mutiara Damansara: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
