Location:**Malaysia**- Department: Sales, Business Development & Strategy- Location: Malaysia-**Responsibilities**:- Develop strategic roadmap in engagement and conversion of targeted brands.- Conduct research on prospective brands, evaluate potential requirements and propose angle of engagement.- Drive engagements and build strategic relationship with the goal of onboarding them as a Lazada seller.- Familiarized with tools and services offered by Lazada, with the focus of communicating and encouraging adoption.- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to execute business plans and strategies.- Ensure weekly & monthly targets are met within timeline given.- Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines and policies to ensure positive projections of company's image.**Job Requirements**- Sales and problem-solving mindset: able to provide and convince clients to adopt solutions- Able to handle key brands and key accounts with local, regional, and management level stakeholders- Able to provide necessary information to the team to ensure that packages offered are competitive and relevant for present market conditions- Strong interpersonal and communication skills- Well-organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines- Familiar with Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)- Strong business connections in fashion/beauty industry is preferred.- Experience in e-commerce or retail is preferred- Familiar with market trend and able to advise clients on sales strategy in order to tackle seller pain points- Language proficiency: English, Malay
