Business Development Administrator

Looking for a qualified Sales administrator to join our sales team and help us achieve our goals. He/ She will serve as a point of contact for all partners with queries about products, services and deliveries and provide support for business development representatives.Ultimately, he/she should be able to contribute to high quality customer service and achieve sales targets.**Responsibilities**- Contact clients/ partner to obtain missing information or answer queries- Liaise with the operation/ technical department to ensure timely deliveries.- Maintain and update sales and customer/ partner records.- Develop monthly Site/Sales reports.- Communicate important feedback from customers/ partners internally.- Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations.- Stay up to date with new products and features.**Requirements and skills**- Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent.- Hands on experience with CRM/ERP software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular).- Understanding of sales performance metrics.- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.- A team player with high level of dedication.- Ability to work under strict deadlines.- Can speak and write in Chinese will be added advantage.- Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a plus.**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Gym membership- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to Friday**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)Expected Start Date: 03/01/2024
