Business Development Associate - Work From Home

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Associate to join our team at Hartalega Holdings Berhad. This is a part-time, work from home position located in George Town, Penang, MY, with the opportunity for growth within the company. As an Entry Level Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of business growth strategies.

Responsibilities:1. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.2. Assist in creating and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.3. Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders.4. Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.5. Assist in the development of business proposals and presentations.6. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business targets.7. Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.2. 1 year of experience in business development or a related field.3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.6. Driven and hardworking personality traits.7. Strong decision-making and research skills.8. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
