Business Development Executive (Horeca)

**Objective**:Identify partnership opportunities and establish new relationships to grow the Horeca business and support company expansion.**Responsibilities**:- Develop and update an account plan, including relationship management activities and budget, in alignment with other commercial plans.- Contribute to operational planning, focusing on channel development, promotions, pricing, presentation, and product development.- Provide periodic and ad hoc reports and analyses on quantitative and qualitative developments as requested.- Drive collaborative business initiatives with key accounts.**Requirements**:- Strong curiosity for customer insights and an outside-in perspective.- Proficient in creating effective presentations using PowerPoint and utilizing data-driven decision-making.- Knowledgeable in financial management, including COGS analysis and business case development.- **Bachelor's degree in Business or Science with 3 years of relevant experience, must have experience in HORECA.**:- Good understanding of the HORECA and bakery market in Malaysia.**Salary**: From RM3,800.00 per month**Benefits**:- Cell phone reimbursement- Dental insurance- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional development- Vision insuranceSchedule:- Monday to FridayApplication Question(s):- Kindly state your expected salary.**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Business Development: 3 years (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)- Mandarin (required)- Bahasa Melayu (preferred)Willingness to travel:- 100% (preferred)
