**Brief Job Responsibilities**:Sales Executive/ Senior Sales Executive to promote leasing of dormitories' unit/space by implementing sales plans.**Specific Responsibilities**:1) Assist Sales Manager in achieving occupancy levels of dormitory.2) Attend to inquiries from prospective customers.3) Follow up on all outgoing quotations and confirm prospective customers who are keen to take up bed spaces.4) Follow up on Letter Offer and Tenancy Agreement.5) Follow up with customers to obtain payments as spelled out in the 'Letter of Offer'.6) Liaise with customers for the signing of 'Tenancy Agreement' and payment of the stamp duties.7) Any other tasks as assigned by the superiors.8) Representing of the company to liaise with a potential customer.9) Prepare quote to a potential customer.10) Prepare 'Letter of Offer' and 'Tenancy Agreement.11) Manage and handle customer feedback.**Skills**:Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,Excellent negotiation skills,Able to interact with all levels of staff and management,Strong analytical skills,Team-oriented and able to work with mínimal supervision,Able to work independently and multi-task,Good attitude, self-motivated, results-oriented,Possesses own transport,
