1. Develops and innovates ideas to facilitate the company's growth aligning with the company's policies 2. Analysing company aspects in several departments and seeking for development opportunities 3. Contributing to creative discussions and decision-making regarding the future of the company 4. Prepare and create proposals for any initiatives that require it. 5. Determine the best opportunities and coordinate with prospective clients 6. Build long term business relationships with potential clients 7. Creating and updating company's website and social media 8. Handle sales and marketing 9. Research innovative ideas that the company can implement to satisfy customer demands. 10. Develop and established of company standard policy JOB SPECIFICATION 1. Minimum qualification of degree or diploma in related marketing area 2. Having experiences relating to business development scope 3. Great marketing skills 4. Proficient in Bahasa Melayu and English communication and writing 5. Excellent verbal, writing, and presentation skills, quick learner, and sales enthusiasm, self-motivated with a results-driven approach 6. Strong customer service and sales skills for generating leads 7. Have great knowledge in computer skills and related software 8. Excellent leadership and teamwork skills 9.
