As our Business Development Executive, your role will be to support the Manager in planning and implementing real estate business development opportunities for the company as well as ensure the company performs real estate activities in compliance with federal and state regulations as they relate to the real estate industry while meeting its business objectives.Identify land development opportunities by creating database, researching the development potential and financial and due diligence needs, evaluating and generating feasibility of the business leads, and designing a target achievement strategy to explore the full potential of assigned.Identify/ develop relationships and network with land agents, architects, liaison consultants, government agencies, local bodies and stakeholders.Assist to ensure the company/ development policies, operation and procedures comply with applicable regulatory requirement and government policy.Monitor, analyse and report on developing trends and changes in applicable real estate related policies and regulation and its impacts towards the company.
