**Responsibilities**:- Recruiting potential new customers according to the company's overall strategy.- Implementing the Independent Pharmacy & Chain Pharmacy business plan (Plan, execute and monitor the business development actions to the appointed retailers).- Work closely with Retailers/Distributors to close monthly sales target.- Maximize sales deliverable & manage trade spend.- Stock forecasting and planning.- Monthly trade deal/promotions planning & after sales analysis.- Managing stock/product lifecycle.- Better coordination of business activities (below the line).- Coordinate with retailers and internal team to ensure store merchandise is always up to date.- Build strong rapport with retailers & conduct business review quarterly & yearly.- Prepare weekly & monthly sales report for internal & off-site sales team needs.- Manage operations and administration processes of the pertaining account, supporting superior and seeking better ways of accomplishing tasks.- Undertake ad-hoc assignments as and when required.**Job Requirements**- 1 ~ 3 years of working experience in a related field is required for this position.- Possessed at least a Diploma in a related field.- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin.- Preferable FMCG / Cosmetics Industries or experience in managing Pharmacy & Beauty Chain Store.- Positive working attitude and able to interact with all levels of customers.- Good interpersonal and communication skills, matured, dedicated and responsible.- Capable to work under pressure.- Possess own transport and willing to travel throughout sales territory.**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,200.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Dental insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- Fixed shiftSupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Commission pay- Yearly bonusApplication Deadline: 11/30/2023Expected Start Date: 12/18/2023
