Job Description:- Developing and managing sales and marketing tools or materials;- Building good rapport with new and existing clients whilst maintaining professional customer relationship;- Managing overall resources and client related matters;- Reviewing and understanding recruitment needs of the respective client accounts;- Work closely with the respective Hiring Managers and Key Stakeholders to planning their recruitment needs;- Managing client accounts by offering best rates, intelligence and fulfillment of needs;- Ensuring the correct resources and services are delivered to client in timely manner;- Serving as the link of communication between the client and internal team;- Resolving any issues and problems faced by key client and deal with complaints to maintain trust;- Preparing regular reports of progress and forecast using key account metrics;- Maintaining strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.Job Requirement:- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Have basic Marketing Knowledge - to support BD Marketing Event- Require language(s): English & Mandarin- Office location: Putrajaya. Practicing Hybrid Working Arrangement (WFH) & (WFO)**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Putrajaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Business Development: 1 year (preferred)
