**BRIEF**The role of a Business Development Executive in the Automotive Waste Department is instrumental in generating a consistent supply of used engine oil collection from automotive suppliers to ensure sufficient raw material for the plant.**JOB DESCRIPTION**- To identify, source and conduct marketing research on potential areas to obtain used engine oil.- To establish and maintain good relationships with potential clients and existing customers to create better business opportunity.- To expand the current customer base through new market penetration.- To diligently update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM).- To prepare used oil collection analysis and reporting.- To actively promote company's services and values.- To keep tab of the current market trends.- To submit daily, weekly and monthly collection updates / reports.**REQUIREMENTS**- Experience in the Automotive Industry will be an added advantage.- Good communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.- Cantonese speaker preferred due to the coverage area with majority Cantonese speakers.- Self-motivated and proactive in connecting with customers and establish close relationships with them.- Possess good interpersonal skills and able to establish good relationship with people at all levels.- Must have own transportation.- Willing to travel within Sabah, with a high travelling frequency.- Willing to work on Saturday (on rotational basis).**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: From RM2,400.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSupplemental pay types:- Commission pay**Experience**:- Business Development: 1 year (required)**Language**:- Cantonese (required)Application Deadline: 05/13/2024Expected Start Date: 05/20/2024
