Business Development Executive

1) To actively seek and identify opportunities and innovation for business growth & development with focus on latest trends and best practices.2) Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth and achieve sales targets.3) Identify new market segments, customer needs, and emerging trends to capitalize on business opportunities.4) Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated with industry dynamics and competitive landscape.5) Identify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, referrals, and online platforms.6) Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities through effective communication, product presentations, and proposals.7) Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by consistently prospecting and following up with staff.8) Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.9) Act as a point of contact for clients, providing timely and professional responses ton inquiries and resolving issues.10) Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and contracts to showcase the services and address client requirements.11) To assist in building marketing team to develop promotional materials, participate in marketing campaigns, and leverage digital platforms to reach new customers.12) Prepare regular sales reports, including pipeline status, sales activities, and revenue forecasts, for management review.13) Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the company's sales and marketing strategies based on market feedback and analysis.**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM5,301.41 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Fixed shift- Monday to Friday**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Business Development: 2 years (preferred)**Language**:- English & Bahasa Melayu (preferred)Ability to Commute:- Kota Kinabalu (required)Ability to Relocate:- Kota Kinabalu: Relocate before starting work (required)
