**_Responsibilities :_**A sales executive in paper bags company is responsible for promoting and selling the company'sPaper bag products to prospective client and maintaining relationship with existing customer. The primary objective is to achieve sales targets, Increase market share, and contribute to the growth of the company.- Identify and target potential clients in various industries that require paper bags. Generate leads, conduct market research and develop a sales strategy to acquire new customer.- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent revenue growth.- Maintain strong relationship with existing clients and provide excellent service.- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure their satisfaction with the products and services.- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and quotations to potential clients.- Set and achieve sales target and objective in alignment with the company's sales and revenue goals.- Provide regular sales report, forecasts and update to the General Manager and Team.- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products and customer preferences to ada(pt company's sales strategies.- Negotiate pricing and terms of sales with customer to secure orders.- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and order using QNE software or other tools.- Coordinate with the other department for order processing, logistic and delivery.**_Requirements:_**- A Diploma in Business,Maketing or related field is preferred- Proven sales experience in a similar role, preferably in the packaging industry- Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targets- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.- Knowledge of the paper bag industry, including materials, manufacturing processes and environmental consideration is a ADVANTAGE- Proficiency in suing QNE software and other sales tools.- Willingness to travel and meet with clients as required.
