The Offer Opportunity within a company with a solid track record of performance A role that offers a breadth of learning opportunities Attractive Salary & Benefits The Job About the Role: As a Business Development Executive for our range of enterprise software solutions (ERP, WMS, IOT), you will be in a customer facing role. Your primary responsibility is to generate new business focusing on manufacturing, trading and distribution industries. Our solutions are considered major applications and typically involves top management decision making. You will need to demonstrate the ability to engage senior level business decision makers in discussions related to operational improvement and business value creation. Amongst the key skills required for you to succeed in this role is the ability to understand complex sales cycle, solution selling and the ability to create rapport with senior level management. The Profile Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in any field. At least 2 year(s) of sales experience with proven track record in sales. Experienced in solution selling and complex account management. Strong command of English and local languages in Malaysia to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region. Solid domain knowledge in the manufacturing and trading industry is preferred. A self-starter and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Have excellent sales analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
